Product Terms for News & Media Screening

Description of the Solution

The News & Media Screening functionality is a centralized platform for monitoring ESG-related news that could impact a supplier's ESG score. It aggregates news from publicly available sources, such as investigative journals, sanctions lists and broad media outlets, and conducts a targeted search for ESG related keywords. It automatically flags relevant articles that may affect the sustainability ratings of a Customer's suppliers.

The platform includes a screening interface where the Customer can review the flagged articles, access the source link, exclude irrelevant articles, and assign scores based on their significance. An AI-generated summary is provided for each article, and related articles are grouped together under "events" for a clearer understanding of ongoing or connected developments. This streamlined process ensures that the supplier's ESG score is continually updated with the latest news insights.

Description of Cloud Services

Responsibly will deliver the following Cloud Services as part of the Solution:

• Access to the Solution to an unlimited number of users within Customer's organization as further specified in the Agreement.
• Hosting of the Solution.
• Maintenance of the Solution as further described in the Agreement.

Support to Customer's users within Customer's organization through the following channels between 9 am and 4 pm on Danish business days:

• Chat which can be accessed in the Solution
• Phone: the number of your dedicated customer success representative
• Email: support@responsibly.tech

Technical Requirements

Customer is responsible for delivery of Customer Data (see below) to Responsibly or make the data readily available for Responsibly through APIs, SFTPs or similar as instructed by Responsibly.

Customer Data

Responsibly requires the following data from Customer to deliver the Solution and related Services:

• Supplier master data, incl. as minimum supplier name, country, and category (more fields may be necessary to unlock additional functionality).
• Supplier Contact details if the Customer wants to use the supplier engagement functionality.
• Any documents or data collected prior to implementing Responsibly, that Customer wants represented in the platform (e.g. documents, surveys, etc.).

If additional data is required for the Solution, Responsibly will inform the Customer.

Material Sub-suppliers

• Auth0 - User authentication on the platform
• Amazon Web Services (AWS), Europe - Cloud service provider
• Mixpanel & Userpilot - Product usage analytics for purposes of product development
• Neon - Database
• Sentry - Used in troubleshooting user issues
• Newsapi.org - Used for searching through global news articles

Special Conditions

The Solution will support Customer in its screening of suppliers. However, Customer acknowledge and agrees that the screening is based on data from e.g. publicly available sources, Customer's suppliers and Customer itself and therefore Responsibly does not warrant that the data in the Solution is accurate or non-infringing, or that the result of any screening of a supplier by use of the Solution is accurate.
