This standard covers 3 Social impact parameters
Each year, French companies with more than 50 employees will have to publish on the Internet the score obtained on the gender equality index. If it is less than 75 out of 100, they will have three years to comply. Otherwise, they will be financially sanctioned up to 1% of their payroll.
