The ABC brings together more than 1,000 organizations committed to the climate and leads a community of actors around the challenges of the low-carbon transition and more particularly carbon accounting. ABC Compliance certifies that a tool complies with the Bilan Carbone® (BC®) method and can serve as support for a quality Bilan Carbone® approach. It is important to note that a compliant tool alone does not allow a BC® to be produced; this requires the intervention of a person trained in the Bilan Carbone® method. Today, only training delivered by the IFC allows you to obtain the BC® license.The tool must also have validated all the mandatory criteria of the review carried out by the ABC and by an independent and external Bilan Carbone® expert. The Association for the Low Carbon Transition (ABC) provides organizations and citizens with tools and methods enabling them to succeed in defining and implementing their decarbonization strategy.
