High-quality and safe feed is crucial for optimal animal nutrition and is also relevant for the entire food chain. Feed companies that are certified according to the QS scheme live up to this responsibility by implementing comprehensive quality assurance measures. These measures apply, among other things, to the procurement of raw materials, industrial hygiene and traceability in the context of production. QS feed monitoring monitors compliance with limit and guideline values, for example for mycotoxins, dioxins, plant treatment products and heavy metals.
