The Stonewall Top 100 Employers list is compiled from the Workplace Equality Index – the UK’s leading benchmarking tool for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Completing the Workplace Equality Index is a voluntary, annual exercise that enables employers to measure and improve their inclusion practice.\n\nThis year we had:\n\n403 employers taking part from across the public, private and third sectors 79,040 employees responding to our Staff Feedback Questionnaire 282 Gold, Silver and Bronze Employer award winners
