A total of 7,500 organic producers and organic gardeners in Switzerland are members of Bio Suisse. In addition, more than 2,300 operations and producer groups worldwide are certified according to the Bio Suisse standards. Their products appear on store shelves under the BIOSUISSE ORGANIC label. Licensees are processing and trading companies that process, package and trade products with the Bio Bud. They conclude a licence contract with Bio Suisse and also adhere to the Bio Suisse Standards.
